Description
Robert Half's client is looking for an experienced UX Designer with 5 years of experience to join their team on a 1-year contract basis. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing user interfaces for their digital products and platforms to enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and facilitate feedback from stakeholders.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints by maintaining design systems and style guides
Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and results.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
